A : A brazilian butt lift is designed to add volume to your buttocks, so if your backside is already big enough it wouldn't be an option for you... But for the right candidate, adding fat to the gluteal region can fill out excess skin... Consult a plastic surgeon to find out what options might be right for you... Best of luck to you.

Maybe: The brazilian butt lift can be tailored to every individual's desires. If you just want to reshape the buttock, i would only inject a small volume of fat to treat the loose skin or contour irregularities. If, however, you have a lot of loose skin (like after losing a lot of weight), then a bodylift might be more appropriate. http://www.dassmd.com/brazilian-butt-lift/index.html.

Butt Lift w/o fat: If your butt is already big enough and you do not want it larger then a brazilian butt lift is not for you. For those that only want a lift then a buttocks lift without fat transfer is preferred.
