You : You need to be seen and examined. You could have an ovarian cyst or another problem causing this pain. This is a long time to have pain and it sounds like advil (ibuprofen) are not helping it significantly. Please be seen and have a complete evaluation. If you have worsening pain, light-headedness, vomiting or new symptoms then you would have to go to the er.
