A member asked:

What does the result of my endometerial biopsy really mean? abnormal and inflammatory? and why antibiotics? i have had abnormal vaginal bleeding for 7 months, pain during sex, bleeding after sex, cramping, cycles lasting 4 to 5 weeks with only 2 or 3 days

You : You need to talk to the doctor you performed your endometrial biopsy. You should be able to get the full results. Please call the nurse at the office and request a consultation, either on the phone or in the office. You deserve a full report so that you can be fully aware of your medical condition. This is very important and must be fully followed-up.

Agree with Dr.E.: If you have any concerns about the results of endometrial biopsy, you and your doctor should talk to the pathologist who read the tissue. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
