No: Most forms of birth coontrol are designed to prevent pregnancy and are not effective to prevent stds. Condoms may give some protection.

No: Birth control pills by no means is protective for any std. Condoms on the other hand are protective. The best protection for std is monogamy.

NO!: The birth control method that protects best against pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease is abstinence; barrier methods (condoms) offer some std protection but not complete. Other birth control methods like the pill, iuds, Depo-Provera (shot), patch, and tubal ligation offer no protection against sexually transmitted diseases.
