There : There are multiple causes of stomach pain. Lower left quadrant pain can be from diverticulitis (infection in intestines), ovarian cysts (if you are female) and even urinary tract infection (uti). You should start with a visit to your primary care provider for a complete work up of your abdominal pain. In the meantime consider possible food allergies and even a condition called lactose intolerance(inability to digest dairy). You can try a one week trial of no dairy and monitor for effect.
