Don't : Don't be penny-wise and pound-foolish. Look for the best surgeon that you can find and not the cheapest. Bad surgery (even if it's free) is not a good deal.

I : I am sure it can be but always remember the money you save may be eaten up if you have a complication and have to travel back and forth to have it taken care of.www.beautybybrueck.com.

Not : Not only can the brazilian butt surgery be done for less money in other countries, you can find a less expensive doctor next door who is less expensive. What's important is the result; you want the results to be permanent and esthetically pleasing and proportionally correct. Trying to save money can wind-up costing you a lot more in disability and or serious injury. Good luck from nyc. For more info visit www.Drgrossman.Com.

Yes it can: Most anything can be purchased in other countries for less. But....you get what you pay for. In the US, most surgeons are charging just enough to cover their expenses and then pay themselves. The average plastic surgeon is not making a million bucks a year. We take our job serious and strive to do an excellent job. Our prices typically reflect that. You never know what you will get elsewhere.

Best Place Is...: The best place to have a Brazilian Butt Lift is in an accredited surgical center with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive fat grafting experience. Consider the most recent PFE complication stories (fatalities) in the news. Please remember that this is surgery. Generally speaking, cheap surgery usually skimps on something - some of which can seriously compromise your safety.
