Two issues: Rash on ring finger may be due to allergy to contamination in the ring. You should coat the ring with clear nail polish to remove contact between skin and metal. You will need to periodically reseal the ring. For iron deficiency take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. If you are not able to tolerate oral iron, you doctor can give you intravenous iron.
