Headaches : Headaches during sleep can be a concerning symptom. Please see your doctor for a complete examination including a neurological examination. Also, it is very rare but carbon monoxide levels can elevate in a house causing headaches, your fire department will come check this for free (call the nonemergency number). See your doctor immediately for a complete evaluation. If you have increased pain, any weakness, vomiting, fever, or new symptoms then go to the er.

Anything: You could be having migraines, tension headaches or sinus headaches. Sometimes dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring or chronic sinus allergies can cause headaches. I recommend you see a doctor.
