Hopefully : Hopefully you have taken a pregnancy test to be sure you aren't pregnant. If not, then please take one immediately. If it is negative, then you need to see your doctor immediately. Not having a period for 4 months is very abnormal, especially with headaches and fatigue. If you are not pregnant, then you would also need a complete medical evaluation to determine the cause. If you have pain, bleeding, discharge, feel light-headed or faint, then you would need to go to the er immediately.
