The : The morning after pill, emergency contraception, has been found to be approximately 75-80% effective. If your next period is late, then take a urine pregnancy test. If you still don't get your period, re-take a pregnancy test in two days. If you still aren't sure, see your provider. Also see your provider if you have any discharge, spotting, or fever.
