Not likely: Intercouse during you menstrual flow (especially the first day) is not likely to get you pregnant.. You just have to be sure that it was infact a menstrual cycle. Bleeding can sometimes occur when women ovulate. So if you are confident that it was a menstrual cycle then it is not likely. To be sure do a pregnancy test if you miss your next menstrual cycle.
