The : The most important thing to do if you have not already is to check a home pregnancy test. If you see any line in the positive section you should see your doctor for a blood test. Her symptoms could be from a miscarriage or from a pregnancy outside of the uterus called an ectopic pregnancy. This is a very dangerous condition. Upper abdominal pain can be a sign of a worsening condition. I would recommend doing a pregnancy test right away and if it is positive, calling your doctor right away.
