The : The most common reason you could be bleeding is hemorrhoids (internal or external). Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless where external hemorrhoids can be very painful. However more serious issues could be to blame; things such as cancer, fissures, colon infections, etc can be the cause. Therefore you really should see your doctor right away for a complete work up for rectal bleeding. Also anemia is a concern and should be investigated as well. Best of luck.
