Hello. : Hello. I am a little confused by how this question is written. If you are trying to come off of Paxil (paroxetine) and have been on a high dose or for a long time; it must be tapered. Otherwise you can have a discontinuation syndrome. There have been a number of deaths related to patients abruptly stopping paxil (paroxetine). Please call your doctor & advise if you are having withdrawal or discontinuation symptoms. You need medical assistance with this - don't try to figure out how to do it by yourself or by asking questions on line.

Yes: The short answer is that increasing your does of Paxil will make withdrawal symptoms disappear. Talk to your doctor about withdrawal problems. Do not change the dose of your meds without doctor’s advice!
