It : It sounds like you had a very major trauma. Vertebrobasilar syndrome is a possibility, from your occluded left vertebral artery, which is a very significant injury. There are other possibilities as well. I would urge you to see a neurologist and if still no answers, then a cardiologist to establish the diagnosis and to see if there is a treatment.
