I : I am glad you have had your thyroid recheckecked. I agree with the other physician who answered this question, you should have other testing performed to be sure that you don't have other issues going on. Be sure that your doctor knows any medications or herbs you are taking. Also review your sleep situation. Don't use electronics for one hour before bed. Keep your room cool at night, and if you have a fan for white noise it may be helpful.
