Risk : Risk factors: abuse of methamphetamines, Cocaine and alcohol. You are emotionally stressed to the point that you vomit. Question 1. Do you self administer methamphetamines rectal suppositories in your anus? Question 2. Do you have unprotected anal sex? Question 3: is your hygiene poor (as is seen with many methamphetamine abusers/ addicts)? Depending on the answers to these questions, those could be issues related to your anal itching. You may have a sexually transmitted disease involving your anus. Both Cocaine and methamphetamine can lead to intense itching. Hemorrhoids can cause anal itching. You may have parasitic worms causing your anal itching. Anal itching is called "pruritus ani". You live a high risk life style. I suggest that you see your doctor for a comprehensive physical examination. Most strongly recommend that you adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Beer : And caffeine as well as excess moisture are frequent causes of anal itching. You need to cut them out entirely to get resolution. As to the other causes and your other activities i suggest you follow dr fowler's suggestions.
