It is often a symptom in people under a lot of stress, or psychological conditions such as depression. It may be a symptom side effect of medications, the chronic use of alcohol, marijuana, drug use. Of course performnce anxiety (of failing at sex) is also a major source of problems. It is also a normal aging process. Your physician can help you sort thru this.
