It : It sounds like a cyst and is called urethral meatal cyst. You LD let your parents know about it and have them take you to see a pediatric urologist. It probably need to be removed.

It sounds like.....: A cyst. It's likely harmless. Don't poke it with pins (or anything else). You will likely cause an infection, and turn a small problem into a bigger one. If it bothers you, your doctor can refer you to a specialist to have it removed. If my assumption about what this is is correct, it will be a simple procedure from which you will recover in a few days with no need to stay home from school.
