Here : Here are some natural tips that sometimes help with nausea. However, they are not a substitute for getting care by your obstetrician and if you have hyperemesis, you are likely to require medication. Ginger ale can help to quiet nausea. Three herbal teas which can be helpful are: ginger, chamomile and peppermint. Let the tea steep in a tea pot for at least five minutes to get the benefits of the oils. Even though these are herbal approaches, they should still be discussed with you doctor.
