Although : Although not a classic presentation. Jock itch (yeast infection) can present this way. You should try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole twice a day for about a week or so. If this does not work you should see your doctor for a complete medical evaluation and treatment as deemed necessary.
