What is this strange lump during a shower i discovered a lump in my vaginal area right above my clitoris. the lump doesn't hurt but i know it's there so it gives me a sort of irritatinf feeling. i don't have a discharge and it doesn't burn when i urinate.

A : A painless lump in the vaginal area could be a wart, a mole, an infected hair follicle, molluscum contagiosum, or one of many glands that are in that area and can become swollen. Your best bet is to give your doctor a call and let them examine you. They will be able to tell you what it is, whether it needs to be treated and if so, how to treat it. Good luck!
