Your : Your symptoms could be related to hormone changes, but as you are having pain and other symptoms including back pain I do think you should get evaluated. If you have increased pain, fever, pain with urination, or vomiting then you should be seen immediately.

See below: Agree with Dr. E. If you had the blood test more than 3 weeks after the episode of sex in question, and it was negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant.
