Hello. : Hello. Normally a personality disorder or attention deficit disorder are not grounds for a disability pension. For an anxiety disorder to be considered it would have to be severe enough to cause significant problems with function. The person that you need to ask is your psychiatrist. He or she will have the best knowledge of your conditions and any impairments from your condition.

Apply: Each state is different. Apply for SSI and you will most likely be sent to a psychologist for an evaluation.
