If : If you desire to be a sperm donor you should contact the facility directly. The new hampshire fertility center apparently has offices in concord, lebanon, rochester and manchester. Toll free: 866-770-6138. Normally, sperm banks are looking for men 18 to 40 who are both physically and psychologically healthy. You need to have robust sperm (a high percentage of healthy sperm). The sperm are tested for hiv, hepatitis b & c, cytomegalovirus and syphilis fda regulations require a physical examination and an in depth medical history.
