I : I am not certain what the problem is. Some of the information you provided is vague. The situation clearly is very upsetting to you. You stated that this is a daily problem. I am not sure if you are reaching orgasm through masturbation or through sex with another person or persons. If you are satisfying those sexual urges through promiscous or unsafe sex- clearly that will put you at risk both emotionally and physically. I do not know if you feel guilty for religious reasons? I do not know if the urge for sex is a compulsion. In other words, there isn't a simple way to know what is wrong through this forum. Obviously, this issue is causing you pain. Please talk to your doctor or speak with a good psychologist or psychiatrist so that you can get a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. You deserve to get help for this.

Talk to someone: Forgive me if i'm wrong, but let me guess... You are feeling guilty because you masturbate. You may have been given a "religious" teaching that this is wicked / unspiritual / makes you bad. This is a near-universal and healthy practice. Anyone who tries to frighten you about it is doing this for their own dark purposes. Please -- be a man; talk to someone sensible; maybe even dad.
