My wife has diarrhea and vomiting but i have no pain anywhere but she only vomit 3 times tonight which was new to me and she has and she has been drinking water

She : She probably simply had an acute gastroenteritis also know as stomach flu. Viruses and bacteria are the most common causes. This is usually self limiting and resolves without treatment. The most important thing in a situation like this is to maintain adequate hydration. I hope her symptoms have resolved by now. If not she should visit her doctor.
