Yes: All things are possible with medications. Generally antidepressants don't cause body aches, especially Cymbalta (duloxetine) which is used for chronic muscle pain of fibromyalgia. Cympbalta helps diabetic peripheral neuropathy but is a marginal primary treatment for depression.Depression is often a cause of body aches and pains. It all makes semnse if you think about it.
