Honestly : Honestly the best thing in your case is to follow up with your doctor. After careful review of the ct hopefully he/she can pinpoint the problem. It may need to be repeated, or other diuagnostic testing may be in order. If a diagnosis can't be made, a general surgery consult is not a bad idea to explore surgical diagnostic options if deemed appropriate. In the meantime make sure that your doctor manages your pain. You should not be uncomfortable. Best of luck.
