No: Lumigan is used for glaucoma and has not been tested in pregnancy. However, when used in prescription doses during pregnancy, no dangerous effects have been seen. More importantly, however, is the danger in not using the medication during pregnancy.Untreated glaucoma can lead to blindness, so despite the "no" answer, most doctors would still tell their patients to continue the med during pregnancy.

Not recomended: It is category c pregnancy rating and is excreted in breast milk in animals but no human studies have been done. You should discuss this with your doctors and use it only if the benefits outweigh the risks.
