Even : Even if you never miss a pill, it's possible to get pregnant while taking oral contraceptives. They're a god method of birth control, but not perfect. If you miss a pill or change from one type to another, the chance of pregnancy goes up. Since you are missing periods, you should take a pregnancy test.
