Should we be concerned? my wife is approximately three weeks pregnant according to her doctors. today, she has been experiencing what she says feels like menstrual cramps and slight vaginal bleeding.

By : By the date of your post almost a week has passed. I hope she is ok. Typically cramping and spotting can occur in early pregnancy and be completly normal or it could be the start of a miscarriage. If it persists and/or worsens her doctor should be notified immediately. Best of luck.
