Any : Any lesion found inside the rectum needs to be investigated. It could be an internal hemorrhoid, tumor (benign or cancerous), polyp, lymph node, etc. Please see your doctor for a medical evaluation. You may need a biopsy of the area in question, or a complete removal of the lesion. It is difficult to say without seeing it. Best of luck.

Most likely: An internal hemorrhoid but other diagnoses such as abscess, tumor should be ruled out as they can be serious. See a colorectal surgeon for thorough evaluation and recommendations on management.
