First, : First, i would presume the biopsy confirmed it was a wart? If so, i would recommend that you try liquid nitrogen treatment again but make sure that you do a follow up appointment about three weeks after the initial treatment. Sometimes, a second treatment session is very helpful to "polish" off the base of the wart . There are a few other topical options but typically a wart on the nose resolves fairly easily with liquid nitrogen. I hope that helps!
