Regardless : Regardless of the fact that you are "almost 100%" sure you do not have an std, you should definitely have an std test to definitively rule this out. On the other hand you may be dealing with leakage of seminal fluid (pre-cum) which is fairly common in young men. My best advice is for you to see a doctor an have a medical evaluation and testing to make sure this is not an infectious process. Best of luck.
