I retain fluid real bad and really bad in my stomach so it gets infec, but i've noticed that for the past few weeks it black its stays red almost always but now its real black on the bottom and moving up what should i do?

You : You should visit your doctor right away. It sounds like you may be dealing with tissue necrosis(dead/dying tissue) from the infection you have had. You may need to have this area removed. It is very difficult to say without actually seeing your abdomen. Please seek medical help if you have not done so already. Take care.
