Maybe, maybe not: Frequent voiding urine is not necessarily abnormal, could even be a habit. There are a few warning signs and symptoms: feeling constantly thirsty; pain associated with voiding; cloudy smelly or red urine; new-onset bedwetting; weight loss; history of severe dehydration disproportional to the degree of diarrhea/vomiting.

Frequent urination: If she drinks a lot in the daytime, she might urinate often. Sometimes, frequent urintation can be seen with a central mediated process: enuresis that lasts for a period, often worsens with anxiety. Cut back without fluids after dinner and observe urination level. If this progresses or other signs occur: pain on urination, blood in urine, see pediatrician for urine eval/review.
