Any : Any mass or lesion found that should not be there definitely warrants an investigation. You may be dealing with something like a cyst, tumor (benign or cancerous) or even a large wart. Whatever is present may or may not be related to your missed period. You will need a complete medical evaluation before this can be determined. Please see a doctor right away. Best of luck.
