Tightness : Tightness in the stomach is a very vague symptom and can be a sign of many different things, for example gastointestinal issues (gas, viral infection), premenstrual symptom, urinary tract infection, and even a sign of stress/anxiety. If you feel you may be pregnant, the simple answer is to take a pregnancy test. Lastly, if you feel you may have a tumor, then you need to see your doctor for an examination and possibly imaging studies. Good luck.

Pregnancy test: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine
