It : It takes about 6 weeks for the nasal bones to reset (where they're no longer mobile). The swelling and bruising usually resolves sooner than that, though. Bruising normally resoves after about 2 weeks. If the nasal bones are now misalligned, you would want to have the fracture reset so that the bones heal in the proper allignment. Ideally, this should be done within 10 days of the injury.

Couple weeks: Usually the bruising and much of the swelling resolve by two weeks, bones are at full strength at 6 weeks, and all residual swelling is gone by months after injury.
