I : I do not believe that having a pacemaker or a defibrillator results in any excess risk with using the common ed meds ( cialis/viagra/levitra). Of course the man should not be on a nitroglycerine medication and should be able to tolerate the physical exertion of having sex. Best wishes.

Not an issue: He can use viagra, Cialis or Levitra (vardenafil) as long as he doesn't use nitrates.
