You : You need a prescription from your doctor or other licensed health care professional. How do you know you have chlamydia? Were you tested, or assume you have it due to your partner testing positive? Formal testing is in order, after which approproate treatment can be prescribed. There are some doctors who will treat their patients partners without seeing them, however this is not common practice for many reasons, but may be worth asking. It will probably be easier if you go in for an office visit. Good luck and remeber to protect yourself with condoms.

No/nowhere: The treatment(s) for chlamydia are prescription meds in the US and require authorization by a licensed professional. You may try to find this on line but any such product may just be fake and delay your treatment to the point you get complications. If you are sexually active with infected partners, having occasional doctor visits to check for disease and get treatment is part of the dues you pay.
