Tylenol (acetaminophen) : Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe in pregnancy. If that does not work or if your headache persists or is severe you need to contact your ob/gyn for an evaluation. There are serious conditions in pregnancy that can present with a headache (i.e. High blood pressure). These issues can have serious consequences for your pregnancy, so please inform your doctor right away. Congrats and good luck!

See your OB GYN: Without a lot more information than is possible to communicate on a forum such as this (like a complete health history) this is impossible and unsafe to answer. Call or visit your obstetrician.
