You : You need to see your OB for evaluation and treatment. Any bleeding during pregnancy warrants an investigation. If your gland is blocked and infected you will need a course of antibiotics. On the other hand, the clear sores are worrisome. This could be a herpes outbreak. Regardless, you should see your doctor right away. Good luck.

See your OB MD: You need to see your prenatal care OB MD now, as any infection in that area can ultimately spread to your developing pregnancy without treatment.
