Yes. : Rapaflo, (silodosin) and other alpha-blockers that assist in urine flow can lead to retrograde ejaculation. Since the medication relaxes the prostate and bladder neck, the path of least resistance for the ejaculate is back into the bladder and not out of the penis. The semen will be expelled when you void, and should not cause any problems.
