Have : Have you seen a doctor for this problem? The spotting and discharge may or may not be related. First and foremost if you can't move due to the pain then you need a medical evaluation right away which will likely include x-rays and eventually an mri. You may be dealing with a herniated disc or degenerative disc disease or even kidney stones. The spotting could possible be blood from the urine or with discharge can be a vaginal infection. You need urine analysis and culture and the above tests mentioned to rule out urinary tract infection, pyelonephritis, and kidney stones. You should have a pelvic exam and testing to rule out vaginal infections as well. Good luck.
