You : You need to let your parent or guardian know that you are feeling this way. A medical exam is definitely in order. You could be dealing with costochondritis, which is inflammation between the ribs, it causes symptoms much like the one you described. In addition lung issues like asthma or even cardiac problems need to be ruled out. Lastly stress, anxiety, and depression can present this way.
