Can a person have crabs and not know my boyfriend have it and trying to say i'm only person hes have sex with and i feel like i don't i think i'll know if i did.

Crabs (pubic lice) is usually transmitted through direct contact during sexual activity. There can also be vector transmission via contaminated towels, sheets or clothes.
