You don't have to see a dermatologist, you could ask your family practitioner or internist to evaluate you. Those doctors can often even do biopsies if necessary (that may not be necessary though). Please have this evaluated.

Likely: rash related to pregnancy, that will get better after delivery, your doctor should evaluate to be sure, it is ok.
