You : You need to have a complete medical evaluation including blood work. Please see the doctor again and tell your concerns. You may have gastritis, which is an irritation of your stomach lining. Try not drinking alcohol, smoking, or taking any nonsteroidal antiinflammatories like advil/ibuprofen and see if your stomach calms down. But the vomiting and pain are concerning and you should be medically evaluated, and please have your lymph node reevaluated as well. Also please be sure that your doctor knows about your sweating at night.

Be evaluated soon: With age tolerance goes down. It is very important you be evaluated, however, for these symptoms reflect your liver not working well. Alcohol can do that, other substances, viruses, etc. Please seek medical health. In any event i suggest you do not drink any alcohol and get help for same. Too much drinking: Safe alcohol limits in men are no more than 2 drinks/day, and in women and over 60 men are 1 drink/day. You are drinking too much. Alcohol causes esophagitis, gastritis and increases reflux symptoms. You may have one of these GI inflammations, or may have an ulcer. Your body is giving you a message, and you should listen. See your doctor to arrange a GI evaluation and stop drinking. Get help.
